I have a very lightly used (like new) dome port extension #18457. This is to be used for Aquatica Bayonet Style Housings with Nikon AF 17-35mm f:2.8, 17-55mm f:2.8 G ED IF, Canon EF 16-35mm f:2.8 and EF 17-40mm f:4 Lenses.
New at B&H for $285.00.
I am selling mine - in basically like new shape - for $190.00 (OBO) plus shipping.
