Any body has any Idea what this might be?

Diameter is about 15-20 cm, shallow water, 24 degrees

Some sort of eggraft?

Welcome to Wet Pixel, Macel. That's an interesting find. I haven't seen this before & while I suspect you're right I'm really not sure. Why don't you ask for assistance at www.JellyWatch.org or better yet, their Facebook page http://www.facebook.com/jellywatch The two sites are run by jelly specialist Steven Haddock & others at the Monterey Bay Aquarium Research Institute. A post on Facebook should get you a rapid response. Please let us know what you find out.

We did get this image at jellywatch.org. It is a larvacean feeding web, possibly from Bathochordaeus. They are common in deep water, but must have been upwelled...!
