Jock,

I have both, old and new(1.1) YS-110a, but tried only with 1.1. one. That's strange, i thought the only difference between 1.0 and 1.1 is in focus light... I also have hard wired converter , which should be pushed into the hot shoe, a fairly fragile naked chip connected to Nikonos 5pin socket. So we need additional tests

Thanks Phil, finally found the super menu and have turned the power down, no problems now. I love fiber optic triggers.
