I will be heading to Cozumel at the beginning of November and would like to dive the Cenote's on our return to Playa Del Carmen, where we will be staying for a few nights.
Could anyone recommend a good operator there?

I highly recommend Eduardo at http://www.deeplifedivers.com/
I have been diving with him for my yearly visits to Cancun for going on 5 yrs now.
He does Cenote as well as Cozumel dives.

Although not in Playa del Carmen, I highly recommend Dive Aventuras (http://www.diveaventuras.com/index.php) located down the coast in Puerto Aventuras.

WP member Karen and her team have a great operation there.

I would second Dive Aventuras. We dove with them last year and they gave us an incredible experience in the centotes... 8 different cenotes in 4 days, all dives led by their pros, all over 60 minutes. We stayed at the Omni, where their dive shop is located, very convenient.

Another vote for dive aventuras. Karen Doody is a wetpixel member and runs the shop. Loved my diving with them and doing it again in March, 2013.
