Second attempt, lizard fish at Roatan, 1/125 at F8 with 1 YS120 strobe, IS) 100, fuji s2 with 60mm lens. Forgot to add that info re previous picture.

You have lit this one well, but I think you were undecided when composing this shot whether you wanted a horizontal or vertical frame and the result doesn't quite work. I like the diagonal of the fish.
One small critique is that you are shooting down at the fish, rather than getting down to eye level and capturing a bit more of its personality.
