It seems there are people who have taken to shooting and mutilating dolphins in the Gulf of Mexico, specifically Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama. It seems they are not just killing the dolphins with guns but also slashing them. Very sad to hear there are people out there with nothing else better to do!
