I admit, I am a point and shoot photographer so I have no idea about F stops etc.....but had a great week diving the Red Sea with my Canon G1 X.

Here is a link to my album...happy for any constructive criticism.


(Some images were also taken with a Canon S90 with an Inon wide angle lens....majority with the G1 X though Posted Image )

Hi Wossa. I skimmed through the first few dozen of your shots, and there is some good stuff there. Since you asked for constructive criticism, though, I would suggest that you do as most of us learn to do after shooting for a while and sharing photos: pick out a few of your very best shots, one or two of each subject, and post a gallery of only the best. As soon as I saw the gallery had 426 pics, I knew either you were an amazing photographer, or you had not been very selective.

I think all of us at one time tended post everything that is in focus and properly exposed, but if you want people to look at your work you need to make each shot different than the one before. 20 real good photos is always better than 500 OK ones.
