The NEX5n does fit, but you have to buy a separate upgrade kit that nauticam offers for it to have full functionality.

Yes I do, I have both the flat port for the 18-55mm zoom lens (with zoom gear), and the 4.33 acrylic dome port for a wide angle lens.
