I need to license this shot of a white shark's tail from above, except I can't figure out who owns it. I've tried Google Images and Tineye reverse image search and been on every major stock agency site with no luck. Any help would be appreciated! (Also, if anyone has a similar shot taken from the same vantage point, I'd like to consider it!)

I checked in with Jim Abernethy and he says it's not his. I'm not sure how Abernethy got included the filename, there were a few people collecting images for this project. (Sorry, should have included that detail in the original post).
