After a couple of years without fitting any Sipadan visit in my schedule, I finally found a week where I could go. Here are some of the shots from the week I was there.

Nice pics and I really like the first of the Bumpheads.

Brought back nice memories of Turtles, Jacks, Baracudas & Bumpheads!

Hi Bent,

I'm liking the Jacks image. Feels like I'm right there.  Something is a touch off color with the cuda shot.  Thanks for sharing them!

Cheers,

Steve

Like the Turtle shot composition Bent. Was there any discussion on the camera ban whilst you were there or is it just codswallop?

Hi guys, and thanks. Steve, I agree, something is of with the colours. I´ll fix it. There was no mention of the camera ban at all during my visit. I get different messages about it from my contacts in the area. Such a ban would certainly make it less interesting for me to visit Sipadan with surroundings. As it is now, I like the variance between the WA of Sipadan and the macro of the surrounding dive spots, but for plain macro, I would more than likely go somewhere else.

Here are some examples of macros from Mabul. That will probably still be available in the future!
