Has Light & Motion died?
I've been trying to contact Light & Motion all week to send my Bluefin for rehab.
Tuesday I got a "support ticket" number. Since then, nothing...
I have responded to the support ticket asking for shipping instructions.
Then for the last two days I have bumped the ticket - no response.
Did something happen to them?
EDIT: After a phone call, L&M appeared revived and gave me the information I needed. The housing is on its way to rehab, and I'm hoping their attention to detail and timing are good!
