Japan have previously said that they will abide by any court ruling, this could therefore be the end of Japanese whaling programs.

This is great news - hope it actually happens. But is the same line to be taken with Iceland and Norway? They take a large number of minke and an increasing number of fin whales annually and are quite open that they do this for commercial reasons.
