This was taken in Xlendi Bay, Gozo around 1pm on the 11th May.
1/250 at F8 and ISO 100. 8 inch dome with no extension and no filters. RAF file converted as per Craig's feature, some spotting done of water droplets on dome, and then USM 50% with Radius 20 and Threshold 0 for local contrast boost.

Here is an example with internal reflection - any tip on how to avoid would be most welcome.

Robert, there was a recent thread started by Alex Mustard on the 10.5mm lens.....he put black tape over all the gold lettering to cancel out internal reflections

I remember Alex's post now - just re-read it and had a look at the image and the lens.

I think there may also be a problem with the silver metal lens mount.

Perhaps Alex would like to comment?
