I'd snap it up at this price if I didn't already have one.
It's great if you don't want to carry a PC, or want a backup that's completely independent of your PC. Having tunes on those long flights is nice bonus.

Make sure you check out the RockBox software. It replaces your original firmware giving you an even better player.
