Any opinions on the spec of this camera, "Cool iCam AQ3100",

Its my first digital U/W camera. I know its basic, but it cost me less than most underwater housings!
£200 English. from Argos

What can I expect from the spec of this camera? I know you only get what you pay for, but will it serve as a decent introduction? Is it good value? What are my limitations using a set up like this.
