To confirm your spot, please send in your deposit - the trip is filling fast. If we don't have your deposit, then your spot may be given away to someone else, so get that in soon.
Hey guys. I've just finished looking through some images taken by Jim Abernethy at a new tiger shark location in the Bahamas, and I am SO EXCITED to get out there. We're going out there next week briefly on the Wetpixel sharks and dolphins trip, but to really get the best images of tiger sharks, you have to anchor there for longer, go at the right time, and bring lots of bait. During winter and spring of 2004, it was not uncommon to have upwards of 15-20 tiger sharks and 10 lemon sharks in the water at the same time.
The dates have been confirmed for departure on Sunday, Mar 27 and return on Monday, Apr 4, 2005. Price is $2,650, including all diving, air, meals, and drinks. Nitrox and Bahamian taxes are charged separately.
The trip will be limited to 8 participants, and as usual we will try to get some demo equipment based on the needs of the guests.
If you are interested, please let me know via e-mail (my name at wetpixel.com) or on this forum topic. Same rules apply: do not apply unless you are ok with baiting sharks in to take their photograph.

I'm teaching an IDC that week so I have to opt out so I can pay for Galapagos in June.
