yep, still a 1K camcorder video from the guy who left the tropic seas behind him. Coldwater rules! (at least for the next trips)

i like to share my video "Norway - the dark edition" with you.

It is full with rarities. Deepsea jellyfish Peryphilla peryphilla, deepsea corals, ratfish aka ghostsharks, monkfish and a tadpole fish.

Theres also a narrated version of this video on my Vimeo account, called Norway - Ran´s Story. check it out.

Have fun watching!

Alex.

Very nice, thanks.  Definitely some different and interesting critters there.

Really nicely done, Alex. And quite a change from the usual tropical water video!

Excellent work, Alex! Definitely a much darker theme than the more common tropical footage.

I notice in Vimeo you can play back in 1080p -- is that the native resolution of the footage? If so, that's technically much closer to 2k rather than "1k" -- the shorthand refers to the horizontal resolution of the image, which, in that case, would be 1920 pixels. Plenty of resolution for 99%+ of usage out there -- especially internet streaming :)
