Hi Folks,

We'll have our show report posted soon. There was some pretty interesting stuff on display this year. Anyone else have any photos?

Just curious why you had to ghost out somebody's face in your Seaspace report pictures? Was that Batman?

Very Interesting question about the pixelating out the face of a named person .. is it that he requested not to have his name associated to his face .. wouldn't it be easier to just leave out the photo ... i like Sarah in the Shrek Hat I want to see what else that company makes now .. not that I am a big hood person .. but i may be so inclined someday ..

Thanks for sharing the pictures. I always enjoy seeing these show reports.

The Nexus D2x housing looks nice. Looks smaller and more fitted than my Subal. Not convinced that the LCD shading is ideal. I am a big user of the LCD so get a bit fussy about that. Also on the D2x two of the most important buttons are the ones above and left of the LCD. Image review and image delete (perhaps the latter is more important for me!). Anyway there is only one on the Nexus. Is that switch on the top left side of the housing the image review button?

Terrapin Wetsuits sound cool. At last I can get my spiderman wetsuit with hood!

How many MegaPixels would you recommend to get good prints at 16 x 20?? Assuming that the prints were being created to hang in your house as opposed to a gallery or show..?

Or maybe you've had this discussion once or twice before

6 megapixels can give you a 24 by 36 inch print. I have seen one at it looked fantastic.

Thanks for the info, Woody

I think that is a good idea to have the two buttons separate. Despite all the shooting I have done with this camera I still usually have to double check which button is which (image review or delete). Last thing any of us want is to press delete by mistake. There doesn't seem to be an undo on many cameras!
