I use an old Sea&sea NX90Z housing for my Nikon F90X (N90X)
The mount of port are grey with a little yellow circle.
Can I use an oldest black mount port (probably the same mount without the small "yellow hole")?

Hi,
I am using S&S F100 housing & I think we are using same ports. There are basically 2 different types of port, standard port (grey)& compact macro port(black). You need compact macro port BASE to use compact ports.
Anyway, I think your question is port with/without "yellow hole" & only
yellow hole I know of is small hole for the pin lock. My opinion is "yes, you can use port without hole ( I sometime forget to put this pin lock on) as long as it fit on housing but, have to watch & make sure not to turn the port in underwater ".

OK for macro port and macro port base.
But old port and dome, (like original flat port and dome port for F90pro housing), have black mount. I can buy them with low price but if I flood my housing .....
I can read in old Sea&sea product catalog:
"The NX-90 ports with black bayonet mounts can not be used with NX-5 Pro housing (and NX-90Z housing). Howerver, the bayonet mount can be changed, so that they will accomodate both housings".
If the diference between both housing mount is only the pin lock ....
