Byron Bay, Easter Friday

01 April 2013 - 02:46 PM

Hi There, Finally getting some good diving weather here on the east coast of Australia and managed to get out for a couple of dives at Byrong Bay at Julian Rocks. Fantastic dives with Manta Rays and mulitple Leopard Sharks ( at one point counted at least a dozen visible at one time). The link below will show what Byron Bay has to offer.

I hope that you enjoy the photos half as much as me experiencing the sights while diving. :D

India and Nepal

19 February 2013 - 01:56 PM

Hi There,

Instead of a diving trip late last year I went on 2 month trip to India and Nepal. I started in Nepal and went on a hiking trip into the Annapurna Sanctuary followed by a few days around Pokhara and Kathmandu. From there I went to India with two main area travelled in Ladahk in the very most northern parts of India and Rajasthan. I also did the tourist thing and visited Agra and Varanasi. I hope that you enjoy the photos as much as I did taking them .

Aquatica 5D MKII Housing

31 January 2013 - 01:32 PM

Hi There,

I have got an Aquatica 5D MKII housing up for sale.

Housing is in good condition the only things different from original standard supply are:

· The housing has deep rated springs so housing rated for 120m instead of 90m (factory installed).
· I have disconnected the cable from the hydrophone, as I didn’t find it really useful and had to be careful when putting on the back cover that the cable didn’t get caught in the o-ring. I have heard of people flooding cameras due to this cable so I felt it safer to not have it and remove the risk.
· I also have two zoom/focus gears that I won't be needing. These are the 18708 for the Canon EF16-35 MKII lens and the other was the 18702 which was for the Canon 15mm Fisheye which I have machined to suit the Canon EF8-15mm Fisheye Zoom. Never used it on the 15mm Fisheye as the generous focus range and quick focus but very useful now as a zoom gear for the 8-15mm fisheye.

I was thinking $2200-2500. you can have both gears if you want as I won't be needing them, sorry but I don't have a spare port.

If you want more details or photos then send me a message
