I serviced it myself a few months ago and have been diving it regularly since then. All functions work perfectly - the housing will come with a tray for the D200 and D300 so that either camera can be used. I replaced the original plastic cold shoe accessory mount on top of the housing with an aluminium one, but I still have the original which will come with the housing.
Try cerium oxide on a felt buffing pad with a dremel or low speed drill with frequent breaks to let the glass cool. It is a slow process but will remove scratches from a glass dome. The wall thickness of the glass is of course reduced locally at the scratch location when you finish, but any distortions will not show underwater.
The rumours I heard on my last visit to Lembeh were that the Rhinopias had been collected for the aquarium trade, which is very sad. In Ambon in December I saw five different individuals and the guides told me there were up to twenty throughout the bay. Ambon is the place to go at the moment.
