I dove Sipaden in 2008-2009 and stayed on Mabul. When I was there, locals were FINNING SHARKS on the backside of Mabul!!!!
Let's hope that the camera ban is not the only ban that is enforced!!

I dove Lembeh last December (2012) and there were no rhinopias to be seen
