Been thinking about this some more and decided that I will include standard postage free. $200 takes everything, including shipping anywhere in the world. If you want tracking, just cover the difference in S/H.

UPDATE

I totally forgot that when I last sent in my housing for service, the front acrylic of this port was REPLACED...so it is in fact in EXCELLENT optical condition, front to back.
