D300 high iso example

this was taken in the grand canyon, granite rapid. D300 kit lens 18 to 200 at 180, iso 2000, f14, at 1/1600. One is uncropped, second is 100% crop. worked in raw with 100% noise reduction on both.

I just returned from an incredible week rafting the grand canyon. This shot at granite rapid was shot with d300, kit lens 18 to 200, at iso 2000, f11, shutter 1600. This is a 100% crop

I'm going down the colorado river soon, I'm looking for a waterproof camera bag/backpack, something to protect from complete immersion in water   thanks
