10bar housing + ikelite strobes?

Hi

I see there are 10bar housings for Oly EPL1/2. They offer both optical and electric strobe ports. They state:

"Strobe connectivity includes both Nikonos 5 pin bulkhead (Olympus protocol) and fiber optic sync."

At the moment I use an ikelite housing for a different Oly camera, and ikelite strobes (2x DS50).

Could I use these strobes with this housing, with the right cable? Would I get TTL?

What Strobes (Optical Trigger)?

So for optically triggered strobes, that can do TTL out of the box, it fairly quickly it seems to come down to YS110a vs YS250 vs Z240. I exclude Ikes with the addition of an optical adapter, because that is manual only. The YS250 has great specs but at almost 4lb each they are beasts...thats 8lb of checkin weight for 2 bare strobes. Z240 has slightly more power than YS110A and is lighter - but seems to attract comments about baffling manuals and complex settings...

Are there other alternatives I am missing? Any opinions from people with experience of both?
