Anybody here use slave strobes with an Olympus C-5000?
I can't get the camera to sync with the slave. The camera flash does trigger the slave, but the slave output is not captured in the image.
I've tried every setting combination I can think of, including Auto, Program, Manual, & Shutter Priority modes, Slow 1 & Slow 2 curtain settings, and Internal + External, and External only flash settings.
Help!

C-5000 Settings for Slave Flashes
18 September 2009 - 01:22 PM
I recently downsized from an Olympus C5060 to a C5000 (wasn't what I wanted to do, but sometimes circumstances are beyond your control) and am having trouble getting my slave flashes to sync.
The camera flash will trigger the slaves (Ikelite Substrobe AQ/S and Substrobe MS), but the slave flashes are not captured on the image. They worked fine with my C5060.
Can anyone help me with the proper camera settings?
Thanks.
