I'm hoping you can provide some input on what would be the best option for my scenario. I'm going to be working on a project at 180-280 ft depths, and need a small camera/housing to take some basic photos. Our group has a SLR camera and housing, but it is too bulky to complete photo transects with. I've been looking at the Canon G10 with either the FIX or 10 bar housing, and the Panasonic LX3 with the 10 bar housing. Which of these options is better, or is there anything that tops these and is still compact?
