Nice, like the photos
Great photos, brings back great memories, I did several trips to Eastern Fields on Golden Dawn in 92/93 when I was living in Port Moresby. One of my favorite spots.

There have been quite a few underwater IMAX productions, then you have hollywood releases like Sanctum, Shark Night (ok bad example!) etc. WHOI and Pace/Cameron, among others, would not have underwater divisions dedicated to 3D underwater cinematography if this were a dying format.
3D is here to stay this time I hope, because I've enjoyed the added depth in the picture. I just watched my first 3D martial arts flick. Not the best wushu movie but a decent start!

What modes were you shooting in? I ask because on my screen, a few of the pics are under exposed by at least 1.5 stops. Just wondering if you are using manual or any other mode? Thanks.

Oooh, you get colors!
Phil, Thanks for the link. Certainly do-able. Appears to be AF only.

A maxed-out Macbook Air 13" with 4gb ram and 128gb ssd will make an excellent travel laptop which can process almost anything you need. Just carry a USB backup with you.
I *almost* bought that config, but instead opted for both an iPad 2 and a Macbook Pro 15" i7 / 8gb / 128gb SSD / 500gb HD. Hate to say it, but I usually bring both of them with me![]()
When they start putting the Sandybridge CPU's in the Macbook Air that will become a serious desktop replacement.
