FS: Sony Nex-7 Nauticam complete system topside too !!

26 June 2014 - 04:20 PM

All of the items listed are in excellent condition. This is everything one needs for wide angle; Macro; and fish portraits. You will need a strobe system.

It was purchased in May 2012, the 10-18mm lens and port was purchased in january this year. I am selling to finance a housing for my Canon 5d Mark iii. This has been a fabulous small setup. I am keeping my strobes and arms. At this juncture I am only interested in selling the whole package. I live in Murrieta California in case someone wants to do an in person sale. I have priced this at 50 percent of this cost me:

4700.00 $

I can email pics I have taken with this system on request.

Using a Canon 100mm Macro lens with Sony Nex-7

24 June 2014 - 06:20 PM

I've been waiting for the Zeiss 50mm macro to be released to expand the macro capabilities of my rig (Sony Nex-7 with nauticam). After seeing all the release hold ups; and reading posts on this forum regarding shutter delay when using flash, I've been looking at other options. I came across this port option --  Zen FP-MBC100

it seems intriguing since I already own a metabones adapter and the canon 100mm macro. Does anyone out there have hands on experience with this underwater ? It appears you would not be able to rely on autofocus.

Thanks for any reply--

FS: Canon S100 & Canon WP-DC43 housing -- $325 total !!

21 May 2014 - 06:16 AM

This is a great beginner setup. This has only been used by my wife on two live-aboard trips. The camera is in like-new condition. The housing has some small marring on the backside but the lens port is clean. Included is an extra battery and charger and a nice Crumpler case for the camera. The housing has an optical  coupler for a strobe.

Buyer pays shipping.

325 -- non-negotiable
