i went to boracay last june and dived with Milkys dive centre which was located at station 1. He has a good set up which includes the only speed boat. We only did 2 dives a day because they were pretty deep and gave us more time to party. Try to dive the outer islands where the vis and fish life is better.
i have had the same problem with a Ikelite wide angle port, sometimes they are tight to start with but as long as you have the correct components and they are lined up correctly you should be able to keep screwing it together slowly. Hope it works out.
