The Siddhartha Dive Resort & Spa in Bali is now taking entries from the year-long Indonesian shootout competition.

 

The fact that we now have the "Participating Dive Operator" status means that we are one of a small group of dive-operators with whom you can be part of one of the worlds biggest photo competitions, with cash prizes of over 200.000 us$.

 

The best thing is, the competition is free, all you have to do is to dive with us here at our award winning resort and you will automatically be entitled to enter your images.   

 

Last competition entry is on the 5'th December 2013.

Hi gang! 

 

So, I have these two 67mm diopters lying around from when I did a lot of compact photos, and I would like to use them for my Aquatica 7D housing, I have the macro port which allows for manual focus, and I already have the 100mm and 60mm. 

 

I have seen that aquatica has an Adapter available, but for me its price wise, a bit over the top, anyone know of cheaper solutions?

 

Or did anyone Macyver something?

 

Any ideas would be much appreciated!

Hi everyone! 

 

What would yield the "best" colors:

 

1: Video with manual white-balance

 

2: Video with manual white-balance + red filter

 

Maybe someone has a couple of examples? 

 

Considering if I should get Mustards magic filters or something else, any other recommendations? 

I am shooting with a 7D and Tokina 10-17 (in blue water) so I guess I will have to stick the filter onto the back of my lens :/

Hi gang! 

 

I have been trying to convince my girlfriend to get into photography for a while now and finally she seems to be getting interested. I already have fiber optically triggered strobes from my DSLR that she can borrow (hehe, and no, she cannot borrow my DSLR)

 

So, I need to get her a nice compact camera and housing, a few criteria:

 

1: Camera should not be too expensive (about price of the S100-S110, 280-3500us$) 

 

2: The housing should have the option to use wet-lenses but not be too expensive, maybe ikelite?

 

3: It would be awesome to be able to use the INON UFL M150 (CWFA lens)

 

 

Any good ideas? I am guessing the S100 is gonna get a lot of praise?
