I'm glad to see you like the no.2, it's also my favorite one of this trip @Anilao...

I was dreaming to take a anemonefish egg like this for a long time. This one realized my dream. But for this one, there is still a little pity, the lighting is not perfect. I'm wondering whether a back lighting can lead to a crystal effect.. Hope I can still have the chance to try it next time.

Good call. I had a couple of dives at Secret Bay and Mainit this past weekend, though didn't get any shots as good as yours.

It seems that it's easy for you to dive there.

This time, I tried one +10 teleconverter with my 100mm lens. Although the focus become more difficult, but the effect is very fantastic. Suggest to have a try..

No kidding, wow! Any idea whose eggs those are? Where in Anilao were you diving?

They are the eggs of Nemo.

My favourate site of Anilao are secret bay and coconut bay.. There are many small things for Macro shoot, especailly for the night dive.

Hi Steve. This was my first real trip with the Subsee and I was pretty worried about lighting positioning as the 250's are so big, but I think I managed to pull of a few nice images. As for focusing, it was a bit of both MF and AF. The Subsee is an amazing tool especially for full frame sensors shooting macro. Obviously the depth of field is minimal but I think it is a great piece of glass to have on the 100mm. The 100mm behaved perfect in AF but i am sure that without a good focus light it might hunt a little. I actually had the +5 on my rig as well but didn't use it once. I can't wait to go back out to Indonesia for another bash. WA images coming soon

I'm using the same set 5DmarkII+100mm for marco shot. As I'm using Aquatica housing, and it can only use Aquatica +10. I fully agree with you +10 is an ammazing tool for super macro shooting.
