Hi have moved from DX to FX what I have found is my 16mm Fisheye with a 1.4 tele convertor  works very well with large subjects as it does not make it looks so fat.

i also use 16x35mm Nikon & 105mm Nikon Micro lens.

Regards,

Andy.

In Topic: How robust is your housing?

27 December 2014 - 12:01 PM

Hi i think you will find that your housing will put up with a lot, as the manufacturers know how hostile the under water environment  can be.

I stride off the dive deck with mine as I hit the water lift it above the water, also roll from a rib. With out any issues I know quite a few who do the same.

When I dive in Malta I have stride off from 2 metres plus with out any issues.

Andy.

Hi Paul,

have you got a standard view finder for sale if so what is the price, as I may be interested for splits as I find it hard with the S45.

In Topic: Case for gear

31 August 2014 - 11:06 AM

Hi

Im in the suit case brigade I normally use two medium size hard cases mixed with dive gear & housing etc. I carry on my dome port & camera & lens with

a photographers jacket which are very useful, if you are slightly overweight with your hand luggage.

Regards,

Andy.
