i had this simptom on my d2000I had similar symptoms on my z240 once. The guy who fixed it said there was a wire in there which had had a meltdown- it was a thin piece and it had kind of blown up. He just replaced it with a thicker piece and it's been fine ever since (over a year). So it wasn't too expensive other than the labour cost.

i just remove old two
and put the new two =))
and flash is work again
