I looked around and found a Nikon Coolpix L3 - 5.0MP, 3x zoom, 2.0 inch screen.

Fantasea makes an FL-3 for that:

Camera is $122 and housing is $159. So, under $300 for both is good.

He has an old film camera now that will go under water, but it didn't take very good pictures.

I can't find any info on the web regarding Seapix.. putting that in Google comes back with sea pictures.

For the price of that bag do you think maybe I can get like a real housing and a 3-4 megapixel camera instead?!

My Mom's Husband has a Kodak Z740. Yeah, yeah I tried to talk them out of buying it.

Anyway, he scuba dives once a month out in Hawaii. I am pretty sure they don't make an underwater housing kit other than the "bags". Getting one custom made would be too expensive.

Does anyone have experience with bags such as EWA Marine or the Aquapac?

I understand he'll probably only be able to go down about 30 feet. He should blow some additional air into the bags and they also sell silica gel's to put in the EWA bags to reduce moisture.

Does anyone have anything additional they can reccommend?!
