A lot of fun, but also a screwed-up bureaucratic situation.

Great report Tony, well done.
Yep thats CALM...I could tell you a few stories....
Another one over here is instead of paying $300+ per head to swim with a Whale Shark, you can just go out in your own private boat, hire a plane and just go for it.
Filming Dolphins at Monkey Mia is another classic. So many rules with fees but if you are avergae Joe, just go for it. Turn up with a Pro camera...look out......I luv these tiny HDV camera's

Hey guys,
Fixed the video. Forgot to make it publicly viewable. Had it on private setting while I was still working on it.
Stories about CALM...maybe it's worth making a video about?!
Cheers,
Tony

Great report Tony and some fantastic pics.
Fill flash or all natural light?

Thanks Mike. All natural. The sea lions move far too quickly to be hauling around strobes!
Actually, you can take a tank in and sit to wait for them, but with the white-sand bottom, there's a natural reflector/ diffuser built in to the site, and it's a lot more fun doing flips in the water with them than being a diver weighted down with a tank. Very considerate of the sea lions to hang out in such perfect photographic conditions.
Cheers,
Tony

Hello Tony,
I would like to order a copy of your book Silent Symphony, but when I fill in the order form ann then click on "submit" I keep getting a message that the web browser cannot find the server. My name is Fred Bavendam and my email is fbavendam@hotmail.com. Please write to me and tell me how to order your book. I have seen the price and shipping costs to the US and that is OK. I would prefer to pay by VISA, but will do what works. If there is a book dealer in the US that carries your book, you could just send me that info instead.
Thank you and best wishes for good diving, Fred
