Sony launches Vegas Pro 11

Sony has announced the released of a new version of its Vegas Pro video editing software. Version 11 offers GPU accelerated video processing, Sync Link to easily and synchronize events on the timeline, 2 and 3D text tools which allow the addition of 3D titles to the stereoscopic 3D workflow with the Titler Pro, advanced video stabilization, improved NVIDIA 3D vision support and new render template filtering. The software also offers broad format support including: XDCAM®, XDCAM EX™, HDCAM-SR™, NXCAM®, AVCHD, AVCCAM, RED R3D®, RED EPIC, Native P2 , AVC-based .MOV and RAW files from popular DSLR cameras.
Vegas Pro 11 is available now at $699 for a full version, and $199 for an upgrade.
