PATIMA

Patima had only a couple housings available at the show this year. The team once again brought their aluminum housing for the Canon EOS-400D/Digital Rebel XTi, which can be fitted with either standard Nikonos 5-pin or proprietary Patima 6-pin strobe bulkhead sockets. The housing is 30g buoyant underwater and is rated to 80m (260ft).

Also shown was a housing for the Nikon D80; both housings are compatible with Patima’s 60mm flat port and 160mm dome port. Patima expects to begin offering a housing for the Nikon D300 in January.
