Lee Peterson over at Wetpixel sponsor Marine Camera Distributors has sent us some exclusive photos of a prototype Nexus D70 housing. The D70 housing will have more controls o­n it than the D100 housing does, and they both are set up for external operation through 2 extra ports (i.e. possible remote trigger, external battery packs etc.). There is also a new handle with different hole patterns for strobe mounting, and a beautiful new 8mm thick glass multi-coated dome port that is just under 8" in diameter.  Expected ship date for the new housing is mid-May.
