In a bold move, Nikon has announced today that they will no longer sell most of their film cameras. The only film cameras that will continue to be manufactured are the F6 and the FM10. The F6 will be the only one sold in Europe. All large format lenses, and many manual focus lenses are as of now discontinued too.

Good news for digital photographers are that now ”Nikon Corporation has made the decision to focus management resources on digital cameras in place of film cameras”.
