Adobe releases significant updates to iOS and iPadOS Lightroom apps

Adobe has released a new version (5.1.0) of their Lightroom for iOS and iPadOS. It can now import RAW files directly from a card reader attached to either of the devices. Using the exact same raw conversion and editing capabilities found in the desktop versions of Lightroom and Camera Raw, photos and edits can be synchronized via Creative Cloud and accessible on other devices connected to the same account, including Lightroom Classic.

Other enhanced features for iOS and iPadOS versions include advanced export, which allows the export of multiple photos as original, DNG, JPEG, or TIF files, along with control over metadata, watermarking, file naming, output sharpening, and color space.

There is also an update to Camera Raw (12.1). All the above updates are available via the App Store or the Creative Cloud app.
