kitkatm started following Ikelite FL Port Extension for Lenses Up To 5.1 Inches (5510.28)
-
Selling a used Ikelite port extension for the FL (four lock) system. This is the extension for lenses up to 5.1 inches. Item number is 5510.28. In nearly perfect condition - I received this extension as part of a housing package, but don't actually have any lenses that require it. Includes both o-rings. See the lens compatibility chart on Ikelite's website for full compatibility (and for Tamron and Tokina lenses) , but it is part of one of the recommended set ups for the following Canon, Nikon, and Sigma lenses: Canon 100 mm f/2.8 EF Macro Canon 100 mm f/2.8 EF USM Macro (non-IS) Canon 100 mm f/2.8L EF IS USM Macro Nikon 16-35 mm f/4G ED VR AF-S Nikon 16-85 mm f/3.5-5.6G ED VR AF-S DX Nikon 18-105 mm f/3.5-5.6G ED VR AF-S DX Nikon 24-70 mm f/2.8G ED AF-S Nikon 24-85 mm f/3.5-4.5G ED VR Nikon 85 mm f/3.5G ED VR AF-S Macro Nikon 105 mm Macro f/2.8G ED-IF AF-S VR Sigma 17-70 mm f/2.8-4.5 DC Macro Sigma 18-35 mm f/1.8 DC HSM | A Sigma 18-125 mm f/3.8-5.6 DC OS HSM Sigma 24-35 mm f/2 DG HSM | A Sigma 28-70 mm f/2.8 EX DG Sigma 50 mm Macro Sigma 90 mm f/2.8 1:1 Macro SP Sigma 105 mm f/2.8 EX Macro Sigma 105 mm f/2.8 EX DG Macro Sorry for the terrible picture quality - it's not actually discolored or covered in dust! $80 OBO shipped to you anywhere in the US!

As the title says - This is one of the older fixed-length 6" dome ports make by Ikelite for their four-lock housing system (FL). This one is meant to be used with lenses up to 4.5 inches. Ikelite recommends it for the following lenses: Canon 16-35 mm USM Canon 16-35 mm f/4L EF IS USM Canon 28-105 mm 1:3.5-4.5 EF USM II Nikon 17-35 mm f/2.8D IF-ED AF-S 5 Nikon 18-70 mm f/3.5-4.5G IF-ED AF-S DX Sigma 8-16 mm F4.5-5.6 DC HSM Sigma 18-50 mm f/3.5-5.6 DC Sigma 18-50 mm f/2.8 EX DC Macro Tamron 17-50 mm F2.8 XR Di II LD Olympus 12-40 mm M.Zuiko f/2.8 Pro Sony 16-70 mm E f/4 ZA OSS Vario-Tessar T* Sony 24-70 mm FE f/4 ZA OSS Carl Zeiss Vario Tessar T* Sony 28 mm FE f/2 Sony 28 mm FE f/2 + ultra wide (weitwinkel) Converter SEL075UWC Sony 35 mm FE f/1.4 ZA Distagon T* Shows minor signs of wear, but in good used condition with no major scratches/dings. $70 OBO

I've decided that it's time to pass along the compact setup that got me started in underwater photography to someone who will get some use out of it. This is a great starter setup and still has plenty of life left in it! For sale: - 1 Canon Powershot S95 camera w/battery, charger, original box + cables + papers, and simple case. Stats on the camera here: Canon Powershot S95 (Wikipedia). Nice for a compact camera in that you can operate in manual mode. - 1 Recsea aluminum housing for the Canon Powershot S95. Same as that seen here: Recsea Housing (Backscatter). Includes 2 o-rings that have been stored in bags inside of the housing when not in use. - Adapter for Inon AD bayonet-style lenses (currently attached and covered in black electrical tape for aesthetic reasons - you could remove if you wish and/or use to attach other AD lenses to the housing). - Inon UFL-165AD underwater fisheye conversion lens. Stats here: Inon UFL-165AD (Inon). Everything is fully functional and this setup would be perfect for someone just getting started. I have been the only owner and it has never been flooded. It is ready to take on a dive tomorrow. That being said, it is used and does show some signs of wear and is priced accordingly. Camera: great condition. Housing: slight scratching around some edges. Most noticeable on the back around the glass screen cover (see pictures). Buttons all work well and there are no noticeable scratches/marks/dings on the front glass. The housing was always soaked after use. Lens: The cover and built in lens hood show extensive scratching on the outside. The actual lens is in pretty good condition though with only a couple of minute scratches that do not show in pictures. I tried to capture as much of this as possible in the pictures, but please let me know if you have questions or if you would like me to take additional pictures of anything. All of that considered, I'm asking $300 + shipping but will entertain reasonable offers.

As the title says, I'm looking for an Ikelite FL Port Extension for lenses up to 3.5 inches (#5510.16). Anyone have any spare Ikelite FL things laying around they might want to get rid of?

Open to offers for Ikelite or Nauticam housings. Does anyone have anything they're looking to part with?

Lightroom Options & Suggestions
kitkatm replied to photodouglas's topic in Shooting Technique, Workflow and Editing
I was forced to update to the CC subscription due to my computer's operating system no longer supporting the version of Lightroom that I owned. Photography is purely a hobby for me, and I try not to think about the absurd amount of money that I will be spending on this product over the years for something that doesn't make me any money. That being said, I definitely can afford the $10/month, and it does have some neat new features as others have mentioned. I've had some problems with newly released updates to Lightroom Classic crashing on newly released operating systems (OS X), but it's generally fixed within a reasonable timeframe. -
I've also had a s95 for a few years and it has performed very well for a compact setup! I used both the Ikelite and Recsea housings, and the Recsea was definitely more advanced and I was able to trigger external strobes with fiber cables with it.

Hi! I've been doing photography topside for a while now, and just transitioning into underwater photography. Looking forward to learning a lot from this community!
