    2 Ike Vega video lights
  1. I am selling my G16 and housing after making a move to video. These have been on 2 dive trips, one in December to LC, the other to Roatan in July. Takes great pics! Both have been well cared for and all o rings have been newly greased. The housing has a bit of rust where the housing attached to the tray as the screws were not stainless steel. Comes with all boxes, a manual I ordered on line ( for my eyes LOL) and 2 chargers and 3 batteries. Please see pics below and please let me know if you would like more. I have a featured photo album of some of my favorite shots on my FB page. Please PM me for details. Thanks!
  2. I bought this about a month ago for my Canon G16. Used once in Little Cayman in December. This was too difficult for me to work with (I need SIMPLE) so I'm letting this go. The swing adapter attaches to the camera tray and comes from overseas from Howshot. I also bought the neoprene cover to protect the lens at all times. Let me know if you have any questions or need additional pictures! 100.00 ship to US only.
  3. ok thanks for that.....do I need to worry about backscatter with video lights as well? Im thinking I prob do.....
  4. So it best to have video lights down low and out to the sides? I have tried the rigid arms and Ill tell ya, I struggled with those so I went to the locline. Plus the cost! That is one large setup you have there Triggerfish!
  5. Wow that is a neat shot. Scary looking! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Oh my what IS that? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. I can't even imagine that! Would love to see some pics you have taken do you have a site? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. I struggle with those types of arms, it seems they are too loose or too tight all the time but I see what you are saying. What do you think of the position of the video lights? I have one arm dedicated to one light, but I had to mount the other to the strobe arm. Are two of these lights overkill?
  9. Hello--I am interested in how you would setup the following gear for shooting video and pics on the same dive.......do I need different arms? How should the video lights be positioned? I don't think both strobes are do-able....unsure. Would love to hear how you would setup the gear that I have. Any comments welcome!
