  1. this is an amazing offer. I have to ask if its is still available. If not you might want to close this post so u don't get swamped
  2. thanks for the advice. turns out that i am able to get a pair of used ds 50's and an ikelite housing at a great deal, so i will have the sacrifice the manual settings, for my meek budget
  3. hey denizens of wetpixel! I am looking to get a set up for Nikon d70, most likely an ikelite housing. I currently have a nikor 18-70 ED lens and am going to work with this until I can afford to get into macro and wide angle. I need some help selecting strobes, initially I was thinking about a pair of ikelite DS 51’s. I will be doing all my shooting in the turbid waters of New England so might be able to sacrifice output, but want rugged and easy to use with thick gloves. Any suggestions? Also dealers or sellers in New England? AB sea photo in LA seems like a value buy, anybody had any experience with them?

  5. I am want to buy a decent point shot until i can finally go all out on a housineg and strobes for my digital slr. right now I am looking at the sea life dc 600, the sea & sea 860G, and one of the canon sd series, either the 800is or the 900. any suggestions? 6. Hi, I am looking to order a digtial point and shot with housing in the next several days. looking to spend about 500 US. I have had some experience with the canon power shot 900, however it lacks manual settings. I am looking for something with decent resolution, over 6 mega pixels, that has video and a decent macro setting. I want something for travel that I can learn with before i buy a housing for my nikon d 70. also are there any cameras in this category that shot raw? any advice would be much appreciated thanks
