  3. I guess this would fall under the category of "Shameless Self Promotion" , but we're very excited about this opportunity. As a result of our website, www.kdietz.com, Kimberly and I have been invited to display 30 of our best images in a solo exhibit featuring underwater photography in the International Photography Hall of Fame in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. IPHF is a well respected organization in this region that promotes awareness and education of the history of photography. Their past exhibits have included notable photographers, so we consider it an honor to be asked to display. If you are in the area from February 4 thru April 30, please make plans to visit the exhibit. We will be attending a reception on February 4, 6pm-8pm. This link will take you to their announcement of the exhibit. http://www.iphf.org/IPHF_galleries/imagesfromthesea.htm Karl
  4. I just got a R2400 and have it set up like Cor describes and I'm getting unbelieveable prints at 13 x19 .... I'm using premium luster paper and the corresponding ICC profile downloaded from Epson Karl
  5. Hi Jane....welcome to Wetpixel I enjoyed your website very much! Karl
  6. Ryan at Reef Photo has an attachment piece that bolts to the ULCS arm to hold the manual controller. Try him again. If you don't get something before your trip , I would just zip tie the controller to one of your arms....won't be sexy but it should work Karl
  7. Under the Histogram is a box for Settings......click on the little arrow on the right side....there will be a way to use your settings as the default....save those settings Karl
  8. Another vote for the Sigma 15 and Nikkor 60 + woody's diopter Karl

  11. Welcome Stewsmith.......excellent Mandarinfish capture!.....I'd be smiling too Karl
  12. So Ike, if you can't get the D200 to fit in the iTTL housing, we can go to the new iTTL cords and use a manual housing? Will we still be able to still use the strobes in manual?....will we have more manual power settings than what's on the strobe? Karl
  13. Thanks for the update Luiz.....I read this once but it didn't register that the TTL converter was actually a part of the sync cord....very interesting idea Leave it to Ikelite Karl
  14. You will not be disappointed with the R2400......I just got one and the print quality is amazing.....ink prices are the only bummer Karl
  15. Doug, as far as I know, the only housing that is iTTL compatable is Ikelite, but they don't make a D2X housing....there is an aftermarket TTL converter available also, but I'm not real familiar with it...Matthias TTL converter....a search may get you more information Having a DS-125 without a TTL module or converter will not acheive iTTL Karl
  16. Hi Mike.....good to see you on Wetpixel One of our sponsors.....Reef Photo aka Ryan Canon is now located in Fort Lauderdale.....very knowledgable dealer fairly close to you.....a good contact for you Karl
  17. Lambis....I picked up my D200 this morning....as a former D70 owner, I can say that this camera is a substantial step upwards.....huge and very sharp LCD...much larger viewfinder and extremely fast AF in very low light Don't be confused by the techno writers.....just do it Karl
  18. My local camera shop only got 3.....luckily I'm #1 Karl
  19. Mike....yes.....saw your photo credit too! WTG Eric.....well written article Karl
  20. Make sure the rubber tip is snug...maybe a gentle tweak on the rod alignment will do it Karl
  21. James.....awesome shot....your photograph really tells the story This is what we should all be trying to acheive with our underwater work....."What's the Story?" behind the shot? Karl
