i have a light and motion video rig for sale it is a sony hc9 video camera with housing, wide angle lens and led lights. the housing is one of the older ones that is silver in color. it has the side window for adjusting menu settings like white balance. it has both a montior back and a periscope back and trays that work with both. it will also accept an hc7 camera. it has the travel pelican case and spares kit. it has the flat port and close up port. it has the external lights with the older battery bays that dont extend past the front of the housing, it had the led lights fitted in the black light heads, it had hid originally but was refitted after dema three years ago. it also has the 110 angle lens from fathom. i bought the lens used from ryan at reef photo and the rest of the rig from a user here. it could use a factory service for peace of mind but its in good shape, never flooded. i have probably seven grand into this rig, i know it has depreciated but its still all you need to do some really nice video. im asking $4500 for all of it shipped. i am open to offers. i would rather sell all to one buyer and not piece it out. you can reach me here or at ajmarve at gmail dot com. the email is best im here infrequently thanks for reading, al marvelli

does anyone have experience with video and esp. uw video from this camera? anything close to the 5dmk2? i know its not full frame etc but what do you think? also can you use these lenses with a 5d? im asking on other forums too, just looking for info.

i work as a mate on a charter boat, one time we had to repair a through hull sensor for the depth recorder. anyways i had to get into the water to hold the cable above me still against the hull while the boss sealed it in place with marinetex. needless to say that stuff got all over my wet suit bc fins etc. stuck real well. it is very white and two years later hasnt faded. maybe you want to look in that direction instead of paint. i have a full sd video setup for sale $500 us firm gets you a sony pc 105 mini dv camera a gates housing for it a nocturnal lights sl50 dual video light rig ulcs ams and rigging inon bayonet mount and flat lens 1510 pelican box with wheels inside lid organizer and padded dividers the housing could use an oring service and its scratched a little. the small lever on the bayonet lens mount was bent. the housing plate that the arms sit on was bent slightly. still a very viable rig, perfect for a beginner or if you just want a camera on the boat for filming whatever happens on short notice. housing has been to 220fsw, no problems. paypal fine,buyer pays shipping, conus only firm, no more customs paperwork for me.

i have discovered i dont have the plastic handles for the housing, seem to have misplaced them along the way. if some is interested in the housing without the handles please pm me, otherwise i have to suspend the sale until i can secure replacements. man its tough being an idiot..............
