I had same question some time ago. And got solution at: http://www.muenster.de/~matthias/blitz/indexe.htm I ordered a digital-adapter and works very, very well. As soon as you want to get best results in U/W photograpy, you'll use flash ligth. Then there is no need to increase ISO from minimum level, you'll use 50 mainly. With this setting, you will not have noise at all.
