Does anyone have any definite information about Amphibico? I'm hearing rumors that they have ceased operation. Does anyone know if that's true?

This is the Gates HC1 housing which I've been shooting with the Sony A1U camcorder. The Super Wide port, external monitor, and Pelican 1560 case are included. Housing setup in in great condition with only a minor scratch here and there. Port glass in perfect scratch free. Setup shoots awesone 1080I HDV footage in a real small form factor!
