Pacificflyer

Aloha, I have a choice of going to Palau and Truk in either May or Nov. Would appreciate input on what time of year is best for both locations. I know typhoon season runs about Aug-Oct,for Truk and that Palau is pretty much out of typhoon alley in that part of the world. Also suspect that rainy season is spring and summer but winter months could be windy but just guessing on that. Looking for good visibility and sunshine. Thanks. Ron
