  6. Let me know how you get on, I'm trying to make a similar decision! Greg
  7. Hey Nuno You've picked a good operation at Camel. I've been to Sharm quite a few times and never had any problems with food but then again I'm not that partial to a salad so maybe that's it! Camel have good food options, Pomodoro restaurant, the tandoori, the roof bar are all great for food and Vanilla for an ice-cream after diving is highly recommended. I'm wouldn't bother with any medicine. There are plenty of cash machines near the Camel Hotel. They are very friendly bunch at Camel, enjoy your diving! Greg
  8. Having had my 12-50mm lens fail on day 1 of a trip I have now purchased a second from eBay. Redundancy in case of another failure and no need to take the gears on and off if I want to use it on land. Best £150 I've spent as insurance :-) Greg
  9. The instructions do say that it is compatible with either M67 or LD fittings. There is a spacer which I also used for the M67. Greg
  10. UWL-H100 has now sold. The Dome unit is still available at £200 plus P&P.
  11. My issue is I am due to head to the Maldives in 2 weeks time. I don't really want to chance the camera not coming back to me in that period, especially as the "repair centre" address I have been sent is a DHL hub. When my lens failed it ended up going to Portugal to be fixed, although that was back in 10 days or so. I'm not convinced that the knob issue is related to pressures placed by the housing. Mine has hardly been used in the housing so far due to the lens failing at the start of my last trip. The knob fell off mine while I was using it outdoors on a relatively warm day. I think I am going to chance some super glue :-(
  12. Well it was bound to happen at some point. My knob fell off. Mode selection knob that is.
  13. Yes - I still have these available. Is it both that you are interested in?
